Political phenomena are classified into international political phenomena(IPP) and domestic political phenomena(DPP) according to political power or nation, and since the domestic political phenomenon makes more direct influence upon individual's existence, it needs to be understood in the aspects of political background, political change, political process, political type and phenomenon of political power for better understanding.
