3-1/1 A political phenomenon is determined overall and concretely by; man's will for survival(1-1, 1-1/4) and actual restrictions(1-14/221) on it, and the fact that a political organization is selected in the process(2-2/4). If one of them is not or change the political phenomenon cannot exsit or will change.

In reality each political organization is a nation, therefore, exstence of a nation is necessary. 3-1/3 (1-9/1) The political phenomenon is an aspect of the social phenomenon so it reflects all kinds of universal social phenomenon. And as it rules behaviors of a man directly and strongly it makes a strong and direct influence upon the overall society.
