맺음말
지금까지 이 논문에서는 정보사회의 윤리이론의 정체성 문제와 기존의 도덕 이론들 중에서 가장 적절한 이론이 어떤 것인가에 관하여 논의하였다. 그리고 그 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 즉 도덕 이론은 그 구체적인 도덕 규범 체계와 윤리학적 개념틀로서 대략적으로 구분할 수 있고 정보사회에서는 새로운 구체적인 도덕 규범 체계가 필요하겠지만 윤리학적 개념틀에 있어서는 기존의 윤리학 이론들의 개념틀이 여전히 유효할 것이다. 그리고 정보사회의 여건에서 가장 합당하게 적용될 수 있는 후보 이론은 권리 개념을 중심에 두는 법칙론적 윤리설이다. 그 과정에서 공리주의 이론과 법칙론적 윤리설 중에서 의무 중심의 윤리설이 정보사회에 적용되는데 따르는 갖가지 문제점들도 함께 고찰하였다. 정보사회는 이미 우리 생활의 많은 부분에서 실현되고 있다. 이에 따라
많은 문제들이 생겨나고 있는데 이에 대해서 윤리적인 판단과 노력은 성실한 인간으로서, 그리고 인류의
복지와 안녕을 위해서도 꼭 필요한 것으로 보인다. 특히 정보화 시대로 진입하는 한국의 사회현실을 고려할
때 복잡한 정보사회의 사회 관계들 속에서 책임과 권리의 주체를 확겅할 기준을 설정하는 문제는 시급히
해결해야 할 문제라고 생각한다. 그리고 이 논문에서는 층분히 다루지 못했지만 통신망에서의 음란물 문제나
컴퓨터 범죄 문제와 같은 쟁점들은 당장 우리 발 앞에 놓여진 문제일 것이다. 따라서 지속적으로 정보
윤리에 대한 탐구와 논의가 필요할 것이다.
