(2-16) A historical situation is the totality of experience accumulated in the past that men recognize in their historical ground of their political society, and in the actual factors of human phenomenon.

(2-16/1) A historical situation determines strongly the spiritual situation, regime, culture, socialization, isms and so on that conditionize a phenomenon. Actually it is impossible to get out of historical limitation. The historical limitation is equal to self-limitation(1-17).(2-17/12)
